The Bold And The Beautiful (B&B) scoop reveals Luna Nozawa’s (Lisa Yamada) untimely end surprised many viewers. But is the villain really gone?
Last week, after evading capture, Luna made one really bad move. She ended up running into the road and was hit by a car driven by Ms. Dylan (Sydney Bullock). The next day, in an anticlimactic scene, Deputy Chief Baker (Dan Martin) told the Spencer family Luna was dead.
B&B spoilers tease Dylan will feel extremely guilty about ending Luna’s life. She’ll even apologize to John Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) for killing his daughter. But is it all for naught? Could Luna still be alive?
B&B Poll – Baker Confirmed To The Spencers Body Was Identified
Of course, there’s a good chance the character is truly a goner. After all, Baker confirmed her body was identified, although viewers didn’t see it. Plus, the actress herself announced her exit from the soap, admitted she was no longer taping episodes, and said her goodbyes to costars and fans.
But is any character on a soap ever permanently gone? Taylor Hayes (Rebecca Budig) was supposedly dead twice and came back to life twice. Finn also returned to the land of the living, thanks to Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda). The doctor also recently resurrected Luna.
Let’s look at another recent example. Just last year, B&B pulled a fast one on fans regarding Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown). The longtime villain was supposedly killed off on February 26, 2024, after Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) stabbed her in the heart.
At the time, Brown announced she was exiting the sudser. “It’s my happy place where I have been so blessed to be for over 35 years,” the actress told TV Insider at the time. “But I’ve had a good run at it, so I’m one of the lucky ones, there’s no doubt about it.”

However, only two months later, viewers learned Steffy had actually killed Sheila’s doppelganger Sugar. Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) realized his nine-toed (at the time) lady love was still alive and he and Finn rescued Sheila. Could Luna be brought back to the canvas as well?
